Payment Terms

For all transactions up to £1,000,000 a £5,000 reservation fee is payable.

For all transactions over £1,000,000 a £10,000 reservation fee is payable.

Following reservation purchasers are required to enter a binding contract to purchase within 21 days of receipt of contract papers by their solicitor and when 10% of the purchase price is payable (less the initial reservation fee), a further 10% is payable 12 months after exchange, a further 10% is payable 18 months after exchange. A balance of 70% is payable upon completion.
